Stephen F. Capone, Esq.

Mr. Capone, a graduate from Georgetown University and Duquesne University Law School, has been an active member of the bar since 1979. He established Capone and Associates in 1985, and has dedicated his career to serving small businesses, families, and individuals.

Attorney Capone has extensive experience in real estate litigation, including landlord tenant, zoning, commercial and residential financing, adverse possession, and conveyancing. He is a licensed Pennsylvania Real-Estate Broker and a licensed Pennsylvania Title Insurance Agent.

Attorney Capone has been a United States Federal Criminal Justice Act Panel Member for over twenty years, and frequently represents defendants in both State and Federal Criminal Court. He is a zealous advocate who fights for the rights of his clients and understands the importance of attorney-client confidentiality.

Sharon M. Profeta, Esq.

Ms. Profeta attended Duquesne University and Duquesne University Law School. A member of the bar since 1979, she began her legal career in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, as a Public Defender, where she worked for nine years before moving into private practice.

She also served by appointment of the Honorable R. Stanton Wettick as a Special Arbitrator in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County from 1991 through 2008.

Attorney Profeta has extensive experience in the area of Juvenile Law, currently serving as a Delinquency Child Advocate, a Dependency Child Advocate and has been appointed by the Court as an Educational and Medical Guardian for children in need. A member of the Juvenile Law Committee, she has worked with various subcommittees over the years, as well as serving as a Board Member of the Juvenile’s Firesetters Intervention Team.
Carla M. Capone, Esq.
Carla M. Capone joined Capone and Associates in 2010. She handles a wide variety of cases from real estate closings to civil litigation. She is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania. Carla is particularly interested in international business transactions, having earned a certificate of concentration in International Law along with her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. She also holds Bachelor's degrees in International Relations and Italian from the University of Southern California.
